Growing up, I faced struggles in school that left me with a profound belief in my own failure and limited potential. Determined to prevent others from experiencing the same hardship, this belief has become the driving force behind my work.

Today, I am a Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach, award-winning Author, SSP Provider, Emotional Wellbeing Therapist, Gamma Mindset Coach, and Nursery Nurse, specializing in supporting children and teenagers. With over 35 years of experience in childcare, my mission is to empower young people, nurturing their self-worth and confidence to navigate life's challenges with resilience.

While based in the UK, my professional journey has taken me across the globe, exposing me to diverse cultures and perspectives. In 2019, I was honored as a finalist for 'Ospedale Bambino Gesu,' recognizing efforts to reduce anxiety and pain for children and families in hospital settings. Additionally, my work has led me to deliver presentations at prestigious conferences such as 'Shaping the Future for Paediatrics' organized by Bambino Gesu Children's Hospital in Rome.

With a background in Education and Social Work, including seven years alongside an Educational Psychologist in Rome, I bring a wealth of insight into supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

As a mother of two, I approach my work with empathy and understanding, recognizing the unique complexities of each individual's journey. My holistic approach allows me to tailor strategies and solutions to meet the specific needs of each young person and situation.
