Private Facebook group for Stay Calm

If you are looking for ways to support yourself or your child/teenager, then my private Facebook page called “Get Closer to calm” could be the place for you.

The group is to provide a little bit of calm. To provide a retreat away from the crazy world we live in. A place where we can experience meditation, mindfulness and different ways to get our bodies and minds into a relaxed state and back into balance.

This is a place for everyone. For teachers, parents, nurses, carers, children and teenagers.

There will be posts with guided visualisation for adults and young. Posts with strategies and techniques to help anxiety, ocd, sleep issues, ADHD, Autusm and behavioural issues. Posts for PSHE ideas to support emotional wellbeing. Posts for parents to find new ways to support their children. Posts to support teenagers and children.
