A relaxed, welcoming space for teenagers to connect with horses, make new friendships and enjoy time together in nature.

Following requests from parents, Skreppa Horses and Stay Calm are excited to introduce our new regular Saturday Teen Horse Sessions!

These sessions have been created to give teenagers the opportunity to come together more regularly, spend quality time outdoors and develop meaningful connections with both the horses and each other.

We know how important it is for teenagers to feel a sense of belonging, build friendships and have a space where they can simply be themselves.

During our two-hour sessions, teenagers will have the opportunity to:

Connect with the herd – Spend time getting to know our horses and their individual personalities.

Enjoy the outdoors – Take a break from screens, everyday pressures and busy routines.

Make new friends – Meet other teenagers, share experiences and develop friendships naturally.

Help care for the horses – Get involved with grooming, everyday horse care and helping out with the herd.

Feel part of something special – Enjoy a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone is welcomed and encouraged to be themselves.

There is no pressure to achieve anything or be anyone other than yourself. It's simply an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the company of the horses and spend time with like-minded teenagers.
